As a Registered Nurse (RN), Provide advice & support to theResidents and their families Monitoring Residents and administeringmedication and treatments Documents Resident care services bycharting in Resident & dept. records Protects Residents & staff byadhering to infection-control policies & protocols ResolvesResident problems ≠eds by utilizing multidisciplinary teamstrategies Assures quality of care by adhering to Facilityphilosophies & standards of care Maintains Resident confidence bykeeping information confidential

REQUIREMENTS

Should work well ina team environment Current State Registered Nurse RN LicenseLong-Term Care experience preferred Solid computer skills; workingknowledge of MS Office Excellent communication skills Should befriendly and a strong team worker About us: Warren Center is aneighty-bed skilled nursing facility located at 42 Gurney Lane. Ourfacility provides a wide spectrum of nursing care to the residentsof Warren County. We provide short-term rehabilitation services topeople who cannot immediately return to their homes because of anaccident or illness. We also provide long-term care for individualswho are unable to care for themselves. We look at each person froman individual perspective.
