RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient Care& Service. Promote and restore patients’ health by completing thenursing process; collaborating with physicians andmultidisciplinary team members; performing various treatmentprocedures; providing physical, educational and emotional supportto patients, friends and families; supervising assigned teammembers Planning & Communication. Develop and documentindividualized care plans customized for each patient’s uniqueneeds, with support from the interdisciplinary health team asneeded; maintain effective communication to convey patient healthstatus, treatment plans and progress Electronic Health Record (EHR)Management. Demonstrate proficient use of an EHR
