Regional Nurse:
Must have RN License in New York Must have regional experience overseeing multiple skilled nursing facilities Must have experience in long term care/skilled nursing Regional experience preferred Must be willing to travel Must be knowledgeable in all current regulations and compliance Must be able to implement policies and procedures
Responsibilities :
Consult with facilities on an as needed basis through visits, phone calls, off site record review and response to requests from facility leadership Provide consultation during unusual or serious events Provide onsite consultation as needed during regulatory surveys and during the plan of correction period Consult with facility as needed on topics such as program development, physician recruitment, referral relationships and requirements #5471
