• 3×11.5, Day Shift (34.5 hours/Week) Roles and Responsibilities
• Provide direct, high-acuity care to post-operative cardiovascular and cardiothoracic patients (e.

g., CABG, valve replacements, heart transplants, LVADs) Monitor and interpret vital signs, ECG rhythms, hemodynamic parameters, and neurological status Administer and titrate critical medications such as vasopressors, antiarrhythmics, and sedatives Operate and manage advanced life-support equipment including ventilators, IABP, ECMO, and chest tubes Deliver immediate post-op care for open-heart patients, including post-op day 0 cases Monitor for complications such as bleeding, arrhythmias, infections, or cardiac tamponade Maintain and manage chest tubes, surgical drains, and central lines Must Have 2+ years of

experience Must be able to manage fresh open-heart cases (Post-Op Day 0) BSN required

ACLS, BLS, NIHSS EPIC
