Graduate Nurses as full-timeProfessional Staff Nurses to support various hospital units as partof a special Rotational Program. The GNRP will begin in March of2026. Shift/Hours:

Our RNs work a rotating 12-hour schedule toensure 24/7 coverage on the floor. /n /n GNs must be eligible forState Board Licensure and successfully pass the examination beforebeginning this role -OR- must have a Temporary Practice Permit andcommit to taking the NCLEX examination within 6 months of hire.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

/n Current Pennsylvanialicensure as a Registered Professional Nurse required prior toprogram start date OR must have a Temporary Practice Permit andcommit to taking the NCLEX examination with 6 months of hire. /nCPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didacticand skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire. /n Act34 Criminal Clearance /n Basic Life Support /n UPMC is anequal-opportunity employer.
