Clinical Nurse Manager:

• Lead, inspire and motivate others toprovide exceptional care.
• Visit our Pediatric/Adult clients andconduct assessments in Reading, PA and other surrounding areas.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise LPN’s,RN’s, and home health aides (HHA) staff in the field.
• Facilitatenew hire orientation.
• Conduct competencies on new and tenuredstaff.

Qualifications for a

Clinical Nurse Manager:

• RegisteredNurse (RN) with 1 or more years of experience as an RN.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
