Local Contract Job Summary Required. Consults andcoordinates with health care team members to assess, plan,implement and evaluate patient care plans. Prepares and administers(orally, subcutaneously, through an IV) and records prescribedmedications. Reports adverse reactions to medications ortreatments. Educates patients on surgical procedures. Recordspatients’ medical information and vital signs. Qualification andExperience Minimum 2 years of experience required. COVID Vaccine

• AHA RN License.
