Job Description:

Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical (MS) Join our team as adedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical-Surgical(MS) nursing. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care topatients with a variety of medical conditions, ensuring theirsafety and comfort during treatment and recovery.

KeyResponsibilities:

Assess patients’ health conditions and developindividualized care plans tailored to their needs. Administermedications, treatments, and intravenous therapies as prescribed byphysicians. Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond promptly tochanges in their condition. Educate patients and families abouthealth conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless caretransitions and comprehensive patient management. Document patientinformation accurately in medical records, adhering to regulatorystandards.

Work Environment:

The role is based in hospitalmedical-surgical units, where RNs care for patients with diversemedical needs. This position requires strong organizational skillsand the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-pacedenvironment.
