Job Description:

Registered Nurse (RN) – Step-Down Unit If you are passionateabout providing intermediate-level care, join us as a RegisteredNurse (RN) in the Step-Down Unit. In this role, you will care forpatients transitioning from intensive care who require closemonitoring but not ICU-level support.

Key Responsibilities:

Continuously monitor patient vitals and conditions, respondingpromptly to any changes or complications. Administer medications,IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implementindividualized patient care plans effectively. Educate patients andfamilies on treatment regimens, recovery processes, and dischargeplanning. Create accurate documentation of patient assessments,interventions provided, and outcomes achieved in medical recordssystems.

Work Environment:

The role is based in hospital Step-DownUnits serving patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring andsupport. This position requires strong clinical judgment,adaptability, effective communication skills, and the ability tohandle dynamic healthcare situations calmly.
