3rd shift, Overnight. 3 x 12 schedule.

Duration:

13-weekcontract extensions. OR 6 month contract to hire. Depending oncandidate location.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise care andtreatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, andaddress patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Buildmeaningful relationships with patients and their families,understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments toensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care whenneeded.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting themwith complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories andmilestones achieved by our patients.
• Responsible for 7-8 patientsper shift

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Valid RN licensures asrequired by state regulations (PA or compact license)
• CPRcertification (ACLS preferred)
• CRRN certification
