SIGN ON BONUS
UP TO $15,000
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner
- This is a Full-time position; 5 days a week with an occasional Saturday, 4-hour shift. No holidays!

Responsibilities:
- Working with Kendal~Crosslands Communities primary physicians within a Collaborative Practice Agreement to provide medical on-site care and services for residents in our community
- Identifying and managing chronic and acute health conditions by requesting laboratory and/or x-ray studies, initiating treatment and/or managing medication regimens with appropriate follow-up
- Responding to emergencies and administering first aid to residents by evaluating injuries and arranging further treatment if necessary
- Participating in planning for residents’ needs as they transition through levels of care
- Collaborating with Director of Resident Care on any present or anticipated problems
- Performing medical procedures as necessary
- Adhering to Pharmacy protocols and procedures including e-prescribing
- Administering treatments, injections and medications to residents as prescribed/necessary
- Communicating lab and test results to residents and physicians
- Managing INR Lab results and follow up as necessary
- Providing wellness screenings
- Initiating requests for consultations or referrals
- Participating in Community Quality Assurance, Pharmacy and Infection Control Committees as requested by Director
- Arranging and establishing orders for transfer to the Health Center or hospital and assisting with discharges from hospital back to Independent Living and or to Skilled Nursing.
