This office services our adult and geriatric clients on aper visit basis in territories throughout Columbia and MontourCounties . BAYADA offers full-time, part-time and per-diemschedules. One year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN isrequired.

Responsibilities:

Follow a designated care plan in accordance withpatient’s needs Perform assigned duties, including administrationof medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures Follow upwith, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders Accuratelydocument observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining toclient care management and services provided, utilizing astate-of-the-art touch pad tablet Qualifications for a RegisteredNurse (RN): A current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania. A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical(medical/surgical) experience. Prior home care experience stronglypreferred, but not required. Graduation from an accredited andapproved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript ordiploma. Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronicmedical records (EMR) preferred.
