The Clinical Quality RN Reviewer performs functions that support the hospital and medical staff to continually improve patient care, reduces risk, and provide excellent customer service. This position provides support, facilitation, and coordination to support clinical review and process improvements throughout the organization.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree. Or Actively enrolled in Bachelor’s Education Program.
upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
3 years Experience within a health care organization.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s Degree.
Experience with process improvement theories and methods, adult learning principles, and data analysis methods.

Pay Range:

$ 49.34 – $ 76.59
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
