Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Accident, Critical Illness & Hospital Indemnity Insurance As a Quality Review Nurse, you will be a key player in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality home care. In this role, you will: Review 485s and follow-up orders to ensure clinical accuracy andpliance with all regulatory standards
Conduct audits, incident investigations, andplaint resolution, documenting findings and corrective actions
Analyze care oues, satisfaction metrics, andpliance data to identify trends and drive improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement projects
Deliver training to clinical staff on QA processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all QA activities, including reports to senior leadership
Participating in root cause analyses, developing action plans, and supporting external audit readiness
Champion a culture of safety,pliance, and continuous improvement throughout theanization We Are Excited to Speak to Someone With… Active PA RN License (Required)
OASIS and coding certification (Preferred)
4+ years of professional experience in home health or healthcare quality
Strong familiarity with healthcare regulations andpliance standards
Excellentmunication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
