Full-Time RN Quality Review Nurse CareGivers America – NEPA, a Modivcare Home Care company, is seeking a skilled and mission-driven Registered Nurse to join our Quality Assurance team as a Quality Review Nurse. Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00
PM Salary:

In this role, you will: Review 485s and follow-up orders to ensure clinical accuracy and compliance with all regulatory standards Conduct audits, incident investigations, and complaint resolution, documenting findings and corrective actions Analyze care outcomes, satisfaction metrics, and compliance data to identify trends and drive improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement projects Deliver training to clinical staff on QA processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices Maintain detailed and accurate records of all QA activities, including reports to senior leadership Participating in root cause analyses, developing action plans, and supporting external audit readiness Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the organization • We Are Excited to Speak to Someone With… Active PA RN License (Required) OASIS and coding certification (Preferred) 4+ years of professional experience in home health or healthcare quality Strong familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment • We Live and Lead by Our Core Values… We treat everyone with dignity and RESPECT We earn the TRUST of our members, and each other We provide
