Responsibilities Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in various settings, including hospitals, assisted living facilities, and home care environments. Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health conditions and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation using electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and improve health outcomes. Provide support and education to patients and their families regarding health management, including dementia care and trauma medicine. Perform specialized nursing tasks such as catheter care and triage as needed. Skills Strong background in home care and senior care practices. Proficiency in managing medical records efficiently. Experience in assisted living environments is highly desirable. Ability to perform triage effectively in fast-paced situations. Knowledge of catheter care procedures and trauma medicine protocols. Familiarity with operating room (OR) procedures is a plus. Compassionate approach to dementia care, with the ability to connect with patients on a personal level.
