Night TNNPLAT Job Requirements PA or Compact license required 2-year ICU experience required Critical Care Float Pool experience preferred Patient ratio: Ranges from 1:1 – 3:1 Experience with Teaching Hospital and Trauma Level I Facility Floating required – This is a float pool unit No on call Weekend requirement: Every other Holiday requirement: Every other
