In caring for patients, you will develop and implement healthcare goals, communicate with various staff members who support your patients, monitor medication and equipment usage, identify ethical issues, keep an eye out for hygiene and injury concerns, and maintain electronic health records.

Schedule :

Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Pay Rate :

75K/per year

Basic Qualifications:

PA RN license 2 years of experience TB, Physical Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check Child Abuse Clearance and MVR Background Driver’s License and Personal Vehicle Experience working in acute care, long-term care, or with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Basic Job Duties:

Vitals, Documenting Monitoring.

RN Case Management Duties Education/Training:

Current PA Nursing License, either RN. Diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.

Experience:

Two years of experience in an acute or long-term care facility or working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred. We will consider training new RN graduates. In this role, you will assist with the individuals in the Residential and Community based service program. Basic Skills Ability to read and write in English Moderate mathematics skills required Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills Auditory and visual skills Knowledge of legal policies and state regulations in the healthcare industry Valid driver’s license with a clear three-year driving record-Only traveling from main office to residential houses within a 10 mi radius Will need vehicle (will have access to company vehicles if they are available)Mileage reimbursement #IND1
