Connected Health Care Job Responsibilities:
Deliver professional nursing care to students across school age groups Assess, triage, and manage acute and chronic health conditions Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Maintain accurate health records and documentation Communicate effectively with school staff, students, and families Support students with special needs and implement IEP/504 health plans Promote a healthy school environment and lead health education initiatives
Education and Certification Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania CPR/BLS Certification (required) Previous pediatric, school nursing, or community health experience preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Why Choose Norristown, PA?
