JOB SUMMARY
Demonstrates clinicalcompetence through utilization of the nursing process anddevelopment of a synergistic nurse-patient relationship. Assessesand identifies patient problems/needs, establishes a plan of care,implements and evaluates care provided to patients.
QualificationsEducation :
Graduate of a school of nursing.
Experience :
One (1)year RN experience and/or successful completion of The William W.Backus Hospital Nurse Residency Program. Two (2) or more yearsexperience Wound Care experience preferred.
License andCertification:
Current unrestricted License in good standing topractice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut. CurrentBasic Life Support (BLS) upon hire. Ability to obtain and maintaindepartment specific certifications. We take great care of careers.
