Start Date:
07/07/2025 (Tentative) Duties Assess and monitor patients’ health status, including vital signs and medical history. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Perform procedures such as specimen collection processing and ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and standards. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for effective case management.
Skills/Requirements:
RN License Minimum 3 yrs.
