Facility Overview:

This inpatient behavioral health facility currently has 64 beds with plans to expand to 94 beds . It provides acute and residential treatment services for adult patients , across two units: 1 Detox Unit 1 Residential Treatment Unit Both voluntary and involuntary admissions are accepted. The care team includes Behavioral Health Associates (BHAs) , Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) , and clinical therapeutic staff .

Orientation Details:

Format:

2-3 days of daytime classroom training + 3 shadow shifts (shadowing can be scheduled at night)

Note:

Orientation attendance is mandatory

Nurse/Patient Ratios:

Detox Unit:

1 nurse : 7 patients

Residential Unit:

1 nurse : 24 patients

Staff Support:

1 BHT per shift Up to 1 BHA per shift Clinical therapeutic staff ratio of 1:8 (available until 5:00 PM)

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of recent psychiatric or comparable experience•Required SNF or Home Health experience will not be considered Must be willing to float to other units as needed

Up to $58.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.00 per week
