Correctional RN Hours 5×8 hour shifts per week 10pm-6:30am Correctional RN Compensation The pay for this position is $47.00-50.00 an hour Benefits are available to full-time employees A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees. Correctional RN Responsibilities Evaluating offenders’ health conditions, establishing nursing diagnoses, and referring them to practitioners when necessary. Providing prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring adherence, and assessing their effectiveness. Addressing urgent medical situations, including those occurring outside the medical department, by performing assessments and delivering emergency care. Educating both staff and offenders on health-related topics to promote wellness and prevent health issues. Maintaining departmental standards to meet inspection requirements and uphold healthcare quality within the facility.
