Pay Details:
✔ $45/hour base rate ✔ Work 36 hours get paid for 40 ( 4 hours Baylor pay awarded if all shifts worked) ✔ PLUS shift differentials ✔ Opportunities for extra hours if desired ✔ Supportive and team-oriented environment
Ideal Candidate:
Active RN license in PA Long-term care experience preferred Strong leadership and clinical skills Dependable, compassionate, and ready to make an impact
