Summary:

1-on-1 Care in a private home setting for a patient with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) . The patient is declining and requires support with daily care due to limited mobility and independence.

Care needs include:

Trach care, G-tube care, suctioning, medication management, and full assistance with ADLs. (Experience with vent care is a plus.)

Shifts:

Tuesday through Friday 8a-4p Thursdays and Fridays 5p-10p

Pay:

LPN:

$33.00 – $40.00 per hour

RN:

$50.00 – $60.00 per hour
