Job Description:

Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Join ourteam as a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) in the Progressive CareUnit (PCU), providing specialized care for patients who requireclose monitoring but do not need intensive care unit-level support.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients’ conditions regularly anddevelop personalized care plans tailored to their medical needs.

Administer medications, monitor vital signs closely, and adjusttreatments according to patient responses under physician guidance.

Utilize advanced monitoring equipment to track patient progresseffectively. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensurecomprehensive patient management and smooth transitions of care.

Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatmentregimens, recovery processes, and discharge planning. Createaccurate documentation of patient assessments, interventionsprovided, and outcomes achieved in medical records systems.

WorkEnvironment:

This role is based in hospital PCUs serving patientstransitioning from intensive care or requiring intermediate-levelmonitoring and support. The position requires strong clinicaljudgment, adaptability, effective communication skills, and theability to handle dynamic healthcare situations calmly.
