Minimum 5 Years in Emergency Nursing Position Overview Athena Medtech is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department on the night shift . This position is ideal for an adaptable, detail-oriented professional who thrives in high-pressure environments and is committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered emergency care. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions. Develop and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Accurately monitor, document, and communicate changes in patient condition in a timely manner. Coordinate care across multiple disciplines to ensure cohesive treatment and continuity of care. Execute and document physician and nursing orders precisely and promptly. Collaborate with case managers and other healthcare professionals to facilitate effective discharge planning. Qualifications Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in an Emergency Room setting. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (TNCC preferred). Strong clinical judgment, rapid decision-making abilities, and excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently during night hours while maintaining collaboration with the care team.
