Travel Job Description As a registerednurse (RN), you will provide care for patients dealing with illnessor injury. Depending on your role, you’ll work at a hospital,outpatient center, private practice, home health, telemedicine,nursing facility, clinic or other facility. You’ll perform taskslike assessing patients, developing care plans, administeringmedication, providing treatment, assisting with surgery, changingbandages, monitoring vitals and maintaining records. You’ll alsoprovide continued support and education to patients, promotingtheir overall health and ensuring they have the tools to recoverand prevent further health issues.
