Responsibilities:

Follow a designated care plan in accordance withpatient’s needs Perform assigned duties, including administrationof medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures Follow upwith, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders Accuratelydocument observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining toclient care management and services provided, utilizing a touch padtablet Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN): A currentlicense as a Registered Nurse in Rhode Island Graduation from anaccredited and approved nursing program.
