The Nurse Externship Program is for graduating Seniors in their final semester of Nursing School. Nurse externs gain valuable knowledge, nursing skills, time management, and critical thinking skills amongst other things in this program. The externs will complete their preceptorships in an area agreed upon by the extern and nursing leadership, and then commit to work at ARMC for two years after graduating and receiving their RN License. The externs will also receive a bonus stipend at the begining and end of the externship.
