RN:
Coordinate and oversee the care of residents with a focus on dignity and safety Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized resident care plans Supervise CNAs and LPNs to ensure quality care is delivered Respond to changes in residents’ conditions and communicate effectively with physicians, families, and team members Maintain accurate, detailed medical records and documentation Foster a warm, supportive environment for residents and their loved ones ✅
