RN Home Care Comfort at Home Warrenville, SC Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will be highly qualified, experienced, and committed to delivering exceptional home health care services. This role requires someone who is attentive, professional, and skilled in a wide range of nursing tasks.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive assessments and chart observations of the patient’s condition at each visit. Evaluate medication regimens and monitor vital signs. Administer medications as prescribed by the physician. Manage wound care, including dressing changes and progress assessments. Educate patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies. Collaborate with Physicians, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other healthcare professionals involved in the patient’s care plan. Provide palliative care to ensure patient comfort. Recommend tools or assistive devices that enhance the patient’s quality of life.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a home health setting. Ability to manage a variety of nursing responsibilities independently. Knowledge of home health care procedures, safety, and sanitation standards. Strong understanding of confidentiality protocols and best nursing practices. Excellent medical terminology knowledge and critical thinking skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Compassionate and patient-focused. Active RN license required.
