Req # 27623 Daily coordination of length of stay and patient outcomes on a nursing unit. Provides the services of consultant, clinical practitioner, educator, and researcher focusing on the needs of patient populations, family, and community while interacting with multidisciplinary to influence the quality of patient care. Provides these services to patients of all age populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Qualifications:
Current SC RN License required. BSN required. Three (3) to Five (5) years clinical experience. Excellent communication and analytical skills required. MSN preferred.
