Full-Time / Part-Time We are seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide private duty care in clients’ homes. The nurse must be licensed in South Carolina and supervised by an RN who is accessible by phone during all service hours.

Requirements:

Current SC RN or LPN license (verified and maintained in good standing) Minimum 1 year of experience in public health, hospital, or long-term care Ability to care for individuals with complex medical needs (trach, ventilator, G/J-tube), with appropriate additional training Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized patient care plans Conduct assessments, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient health Educate patients and families on disease management and home care best practices Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation using [EMR system or method]
