Job Summary and Qualifications What you will do in thisrole: Under general supervision, the RN staff nurse provides directnursing care in accordance with established policies and proceduresof Trident Health System In collaboration with the patient, the patient’s family andother members of the health care team, the clinical RN assesses,plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates treatment plans The Ambulatory Care RN prepares patients Cardiaccatheterizations and EP procedures Also prepares patients and assists in CPRU procedures This position also performs Phase II and III recovery andprepares outpatients for dischargeWhat qualifications you willneed: Must be a graduate from an accredited school of
Nursing:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing or higher is required Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state which youpractice and/or hold and active Compact/Multi-State RN license A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American RedCross Basic Life Support (BLS) Heath Care Provider is required uponhire. A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American RedAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Heath Care Provider isrequired upon hire. Previous cardiac care and/or critical care nursing experiencerequired Trident Health is a 445-bed HCA Healthcare hospital systemcomprised of two acute care hospitals, Trident Medical Center andSummerville Medical Center and three freestanding emergencydepartments, Brighton Park Emergency, Moncks Corner Medical Centerand Centre Pointe Emergency.
