JobSummary and Qualifications In collaboration with the patient, thepatient’s family, and other members of the health care team, theMedical/Surgical Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing,evaluating, planning, implementing, and coordinating a treatmentplan and achieving the goals of the nursing department. You serveas a key position of the interdependent team, and holdresponsibility for achieving positive patient and departmentaloutcomes.
