Job Overview:
As a PCU RN, you will care for patients transitioning from the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to the general care unit. You will be responsible for monitoring patients’ vitals, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care during your 3×12-hour night shifts in beautiful Charleston.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor patients requiring close attention in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU). Administer medications, treatments, and care per physician orders. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with care protocols.
Requirements:
Active RN license in South Carolina (or compact license). At least 1 year of recent PCU or telemetry experience.
BLS/ACLS
