• All in One Location Your role involves:
• Providingdirect patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.
• Providing direct patient care to inpatients in need ofhemodialysis. Supervising care and treatments, conducting patientassessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressingpatient concerns.
• Building rewarding relationships with patientsby understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aidin their recovery.
• Educating nursing staff on the care of thehemodialysis patient, hemodialysis equipment, and hemodialysisstandards of care. Qualifications
• Current RN licensures asrequired by state regulations.
• CPR certification
• ACLS within 1year of hire
• CRRN certification preferred (If you don’t have it,we can help you to obtain it!)
• 6 months dialysis nursingexperience required.
• 1 year of experience in inpatient hospitalsetting preferred.
