Day Shift 3-10 hour shifts Position Summary Under the direction of the Department Director and/or Charge Nurse, the Registered Nurse provides safe, effective, and compassionate direct and indirect nursing care to a diverse patient population, ranging from infants to geriatrics, unless otherwise specified.
Key responsibilities include:
Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the healthcare needs of assigned patients Delivering care in accordance with established nursing standards, policies, and clinical guidelines Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team Maintaining a patient- and customer-focused approach to meet unit and hospital goals Willingness to float to other comparable nursing units as requested Qualifications To perform this role successfully, the following qualifications and competencies are required.
