• Your Responsibilities:

• Perform in-home assessments and evaluations
• Serve seniors, children, and adults with limited functionality
• Accurately document visits using a smart device
• Communicate care needs and findings with the office team

• What You’ll Need:

• Active RN license in South Carolina
• Valid SC driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care experience a plus)
• Professionalism, warmth, and maturity
• Comfort using smartphones or tablets to record notes
