Job Summary andQualifications As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible fordelivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with therequirements of the department and the standards of practice forthe relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medicalproviders and the care team, you will provide personalized,comprehensive, and compassionate care, following establishednursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” Youwill also act as an advocate for patients, families, andcaregivers, embodying the organization’s vision, mission, andvalues to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positiveclinical outcomes. This is a full-time, day shift (7am-7pm) position on ourstate-of-the-art, 30 bed 4th Floor Medical Oncology unit offeringspecialized care for our patients with a diagnosis of cancer. What you will do in this role: You will maintain overall accountability/responsibility forassigned patients You will manage efficient flow of patient care includingscreening, preparation for exam, providing general nursing care andcomfort, and arranging for admissions, testing and discharges You will maintain and review patients’ records includingposting tests and examination results You will administer medicationsin accordance withphysicianorders You will instruct patients and familiesregardingmedications andtreatmentplans You will respond to and refer incoming telephone calls (mayinclude phone triage when needed) What qualifications you may need: Must be a graduate from an accredited school of

Nursing:
