Registered Nurse (RN) SaaS Home Care, LLC Norway, ME Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Health Care team primarily providing Private duty Nursing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate exceptional patient care skills. This role involves working closely with patients to assess their needs, develop care plans, and provide ongoing support in various healthcare settings. The Registered Nurse will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our patients while adhering to the highest standards of medical practice. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and document medical histories. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Provide catheter care, airway management, and tube feeding as necessary. Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks. Uphold infection control protocols to ensure patient safety. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care outcomes. Support individuals with developmental disabilities and provide senior care when required. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of Maine. Proficiency in medical terminology and infection control practices. Experience in occupational health or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
