Responsibilities You’ll Love:

Provide direct nursing care and oversee residents’ well-being Administer medications & treatments per physician orders Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and update care plans Supervise and support LPNs & CNAs to ensure high-quality care Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations

What We Look For:

Valid RN License in New Jersey Experience in long-term care or a similar setting (preferred) Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills A compassionate and team-oriented approach
