Job Summary and Qualifications What you will do in this role: Under general supervision, the RN staff nurse provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures of Trident Health System
In collaboration with the patient, the patient’s family and other members of the health care team, the clinical RN assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates treatment plans
The Ambulatory Care RN prepares patients Cardiac catheterizations and EP procedures
Also prepares patients and assists in CPRU procedures
This position also performs Phase II and III recovery and prepares outpatients for discharge What qualifications you will need: Must be a graduate from an accredited school of
Nursing:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing or higher is required
Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state which you practice and/or hold and active Compact/Multi-State RN license
A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Heath Care Provider is required upon hire.
A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Heath Care Provider is required upon hire.
