Schedule :
4 x 10-hour shifts
Primarily:
7:00 AM
- 5:30 PM or 7:30 AM
- 6:00 PM Other possible shifts: 6:30 AM
- 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM
- 8:30 PM as needed Includes on-call weekends/holidays and potential Cath Lab floating
Compensation :
Base Hourly Pay :
$20.00/hour
Housing Stipend :
$1,600.00/week
Meals/Incidentals :
$500.00/week
OT Rate :
$30.00/hour (first 40 hours), $40.00/hour (after 40 hours)
Total Gross Pay:
$2,900.00/week
Department :
Cardiac Cath Lab Key Responsibilities :
Assist with all EP Lab procedures including ablations, LAAOs, and device implantations (Pacemakers, ICDs, Bi-V-ICDs). Operate EP monitoring/stimulation systems, 3D mapping, and X-ray equipment. Perform patient education, comfort, and monitoring during procedures. Maintain a sterile environment and equipment readiness. Support quality improvement and safety initiatives in the lab. Collaborate with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, patients, and internal staff.
Required Skills/Qualifications :
Strong understanding of cardiac arrhythmias and EP/Cath Lab procedures. Proficiency in operating EP equipment and supplies. Experience in managing cardiac complications. BLS and ACLS certifications.
Licensure :
Active RN license in South Carolina or compact/multi-state RN license. RCIS or RCES credentials preferred.
Education :
Graduate from an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred or required within 5 years of hire).
