Contract (1099 Independent Contractor) Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including primary care, urgent care, and hospice care. This role requires a strong understanding of medical protocols and the ability to work effectively with patients who have developmental disabilities or require acute pain management.

Duties Deliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to care Coordinate with physicians, other nurses, and interdisciplinary teams Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans Perform wound care, catheter care, and other specialized nursing tasks Ensure compliance with infection control and safety policies Respond to emergencies and perform basic life support as needed Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare personnel Requirements Active and unrestricted RN license (South Carolina or compact state) Minimum 1 year of recent clinical RN experience (preferred) Current CPR/BLS certification (ACLS may be required depending on setting) Valid government-issued ID Ability to pass background check and provide TB test results (if required) Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various assignment sites Comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor Why Choose Craffiti Care?
