Job Summary andQualifications As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible fordelivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with therequirements of the department and the standards of practice forthe relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medicalproviders and the care team, you will provide personalized,comprehensive, and compassionate care, following establishednursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” Youwill also act as an advocate for patients, families, andcaregivers, embodying the organization’s vision, mission, andvalues to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positiveclinical outcomes.
What you will do in this role: Assess the patient’s condition during admission and eachscheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes inpatient status. Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as orderedby the medical provider(s), and ensure thorough and timelydocumentation of care administration in the patient’s medicalrecord. – Administer prescribed medications, monitor the patientfor therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in the eventof an unintended response to the medication. Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patientrequests, proactively anticipating patient needs, and resolvingthem. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient’smedical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible sideeffects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding bytranslating complex medical terminology.
