Job Summary andQualifications As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible fordelivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with therequirements of the department and the standards of practice forthe relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medicalproviders and the care team, you will provide personalized,comprehensive, and compassionate care, following establishednursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” Youwill also act as an advocate for patients, families, andcaregivers, embodying the organization’s vision, mission, andvalues to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positiveclinical outcomes.
What you will do in this role: Assess the patient’s condition during admission and eachscheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes inpatient status.
