Job Description:

Position Overview:

We areseeking a dedicated and experienced Telemetry Nurse to join ourteam. As a Telemetry Nurse, you will monitor patients’ vital signsand cardiac rhythms using advanced telemetry equipment. You willplay a crucial role in the early detection of cardiac events andensure timely intervention to enhance patient care.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret patients’ cardiac rhythmsand vital signs.
• Provide continuous cardiac monitoring andrespond to any changes in patients’ conditions.
• Collaborate withhealthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educatepatients and their families on health management and preventivecare.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Adhere toall regulatory and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursingexperience, preferably in telemetry or critical care.
• Proficiencyin using telemetry equipment and electronic health records.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in afast-paced and high-stress environment.
