RN Staff Development Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement staff development programs for licensed and unlicensed employees that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Maintain essential employee records in compliance with Department of Health.
Coordinate activities and training as per the requirements of PCSC.
Providing BLS, CPR, and First Aid Education. Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and visual aids.
Conduct and manage TB screening program.
Assure availability of the mandatory education for infection control for all employees.
Monitor and investigate work-related injuries and or exposures for all the employees.

Position Requirements:

Registered Nursing license in the state of South Carolina. Two years of clinical long-term care experience or staff development experience Ready to Make a Difference? today to be a part of the team! Equal Opportunity Employer
